Savant are proud of our (formalisation of the company’s proven existing procedures and processes to gain certification) ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2013 accreditations and combine this rigour with our user-centric approach to understanding our customers’ software and hardware needs. To ensure (and prove) our customers are supplied with high quality and standards compliant software, we work with LRQA to continuously review and improve the services and products we provide.
ISO9001
ISO9001 is a family of standards for quality management systems and is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and employees. Savant is certified to ISO9001:2015 for its quality management system. This demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality services to our customers.
Savant achieved its first certification to the ISO9001 standard in May 1994. 25 years of continuous ISO9001 accreditation has benefitted both our customers and us. Savant’s certification of compliance recognises that our policies, practices and procedures ensure consistent quality in the management systems that we deliver every day to our clients.
ISO27001
ISO27001 is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS). Savant is certified to ISO27001:2013. For our customers, and prospective customers, this standard provides assurance about the quality and security of the way we work, as well as the steps we take to protect valuable business information.
